Where We Ship
Birkensttock delivers only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any U.S. territories.
Processing Your Order
We need 1 to 2 business days to process your order after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays in the U.S. and Canada.
Delivery Times
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery typically takes:
- United States (48 states): 3 to 5 business days
- Canada: 5 to 8 business days
These are estimates. Actual delivery may be slower due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing for Canadian orders.
Shipping Cost
All orders qualify for free standard shipping. There is no minimum purchase amount.
Carriers
We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier.
Tracking Your Package
The shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. Use it to monitor your package on the carrier’s website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Canada Only)
Canadian customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by Canada Border Services Agency. Birkensttock does not collect or reimburse these charges. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Address Accuracy
You must provide a complete and correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, notify us at info@birkensttock.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
